Adam is responsible for overseeing Xander’s Academy and ensuring all Consultants are given the training and experience to prosper in their new careers.

With a background in Training and Education, Adam has worked on projects in partnership with the United Nations and the NHS as well as taking on development projects in China and India. It can be safely said that he isn’t intimidated by taking on a challenge!

Fortunately with his career, Adam has had the opportunity to work and experience a range of cultures and he claims that this has greatly developed his cooking repertoire.

Once a half decent rugby player he now prefers the comfort of watching the game from the stands and participating in non-contact sports. Adam is a keen reader and is quite handy to have in a pub quiz providing none of the questions are about music from 2018 onwards.

• Maximise training experience for all consultants from academy through to client placement
• Design and oversee implementation of training curricula
• Tailor training programmes for clients
• Manage third-party training suppliers and connect with industry experts to add value to all programmes
