Christel joined Xander in October 2022 as our Chief Product Officer, rising to CEO within her first 6 months. Christel ensures we have the right product/market fit, championing quality, excellence and Xander's purpose. A creative and strategic leader, she is always in pursuit of developing and delivering products and services that address our clients’ needs, supports our Consultants and crucially delivers results.

Prior to Xander, Christel was the Managing Director of a digital consultancy, designing product and service strategies for well-know clients. She has over 15 years of consulting experience as Business Design Director at Epam, Director at KPMG Digital, and Head of Internal Communication at Deloitte.

She is a TEDx speaker, a BIMA 100 nominee and a proud mother of two girls. Throughout her career she has invested in strengthening women’s position in the workplace, as a speaker, mentor and designer of leadership programmes and conferences.

Being from Denmark, she loves salty liquorice, design and long summer nights.
