After 2 years as CEO of Xander, co-founder John is now focused on a strategic role to deliver our clients a world-class talent solution, and continue to the rapid growth of Xander in the global market. An Entrepreneur, Non-Executive Director and Board Member, John has over 25 years experience advising businesses in multiple sectors at the highest level. He is an industry recognised expert in technology led transformation programmes and challenger business models.

Before Xander, John was previously Head of Data Analytics & Global Head of Banking Analytics for KPMG, where he oversaw numerous large-scale programmes.

John’s vision for Xander is a global and market-leading company that has quality, purpose and people built into its core, which is vibrant, inclusive and a place where everybody would like to work.

It is John’s role to establish Xander in the marketplace and define the business’ roadmap for success in terms of the quality of the academies delivered, the purpose of the business, and the standard expected of its people, whilst ensuring they have the support and resources they need to be successful.

He enjoys watching his beloved Liverpool in his spare time, exploring the Cornish countryside, where he lives, and trying to stay afloat on his canoe or paddleboard.
