Nikki joined the Xander team in 2022 to lead the Sales Operations function, helping to increase harmony and efficiency in the way we work with our clients.

Nikki brings with her extensive entrepreneurial and corporate experience ranging from running her own businesses to working closely with CEO’s and small business owners to Big 4 and large insurance roles. She is always focused on continuous improvement and has delivered this across a range of industries and operational roles.

Out of work, Nikki is most likely to be found with friends or family enjoying a meal and a glass of wine (or earning it by going to the gym or walking the dog!)
