Tamzyn graduated from university with a first class law degree in 2020 and knew she wanted to focus on developing her knowledge of employment and contract law with a career in HR.

She joined Search Capital in 2021 and since then has been a key part in maintaining and developing HR for the group brands, most notably Xander Talent.

She is currently studying for her CIPD qualification to develop her knowledge of HR further and to help in her mission to be the best representative for the people of our business.

She is also am a strong advocate for mental health and wellbeing, enjoys long walks with her sausage dog Frank, staying active in the gym, travelling the world and reading a good book.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining our HR system and day to day HR issues
• Key component in monthly payroll
